About The Opportunity

As we continue to enhance our platform and user experience, we're seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of our telehealth solutions. You will play a key role in defining and executing product strategies, collaborating across teams, and bringing innovative healthcare solutions to life. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our NYC office, reporting to the Product Lead.

Agile Product Development

Understanding of agile methodologies and best practices
Experience with project management tools and processes
Track record of delivering quality outcomes on schedule
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Your day-to-day

Product Development & Strategy

Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and requirements
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prioritize features based on data-driven insights and business impact
Monitor and report on product performance metrics

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Participate in user feedback sessions and team meetings
Support product launch coordination and analysis
Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

Documentation & Analysis

Prepare and maintain product documentation
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyze user feedback and engagement metrics
Generate insights for product iteration and improvement

What You Bring

Must-Haves

3+ years of experience in product management or related role
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with agile product development processes and tools (JIRA)
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Self-starter mentality with proven ability to execute under guidance

Should-Haves

Experience with user research methods
Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles
Prior experience in a startup environment
Track record of successful product launches

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in healthcare or digital health
Knowledge of healthcare technology landscape
Experience with healthcare compliance requirements
Background in telehealth or medical technology

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually
We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location
